Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use Operators HQ. By creating an account you confirm that you are. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 16, we will close it and delete its data.

Your account is yours alone. Keep your credentials private, and everything done from your account is on you. If you think someone else has access, change your password and tell us at support@operatorshq.app. One person, one account. No shared logins, no accounts created for someone else.

The community rules are not decoration. Inside Operators HQ they are contract terms:

• Be useful. Add value before you take it.
• Evidence over hype. Back your claims.
• No cope, no excuses, but no cruelty.
• No politics, no religion debates, no hate.
• No selling or shilling without permission.
• Post real receipts only. Fabricated wins mean a ban.
• Take action and report back.

On top of those:

• No scraping, harvesting, or bulk-collecting content or member data, and no automated access except interfaces we explicitly provide.
• No probing, disrupting, or circumventing security or rate limits, and no attempts to game the Reps ledger.
• No impersonation, spam, malware, or harassment, whether aimed at members or at anyone else from our platform.

You own what you post. By posting it, you grant Operators HQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content inside the service, for the purpose of operating the service. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where others have already interacted with it inside the service (for example, quoted it in a comment) or where we must retain records for moderation or legal reasons.

The receipts honesty rule: Receipts exist because proof is the point of this place. Post only real wins. A $3 win counts. Fabricated, doctored, or borrowed receipts get the content removed and the account banned. No appeals theater: if you faked it, you know you faked it.

Operators HQ is an education and training community. Read the next three sentences as the deal it actually is:

• We make no income promises. Not in marketing, not in lessons, not in the community. Anyone who promises you earnings is breaking our rules. Report them.
• Results depend on you. The training, the checklist, and the community can sharpen your work; they cannot do it for you. Most outcomes for most people require sustained, unglamorous effort, and some people will see no financial result at all.
• Nothing here is professional advice. No content on Operators HQ (lessons, posts, concierge replies, anything) is financial, investment, legal, tax, or medical advice. For decisions in those areas, hire a qualified professional.

The founding era is free. Everything you can access today costs nothing, and there is no payment method on file to quietly charge.

If paid tiers launch, they will come with their own terms, clearly stated pricing, and advance notice, and they will be opt-in. You will never be moved onto a paid plan without explicitly choosing it.

You can leave whenever you want: delete your account in Settings and your data goes with you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the community rules. For minor issues we will usually warn first. For serious breaches (fabricated receipts, harassment, security abuse, income-promise spam) we will not.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-interruption. We work hard to keep Operators HQ fast and available; we do not warrant that it always will be.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Operators HQ and the people who run it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. To the same extent, our total aggregate liability is capped at the greater of CAD $100 and the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited by contract, including mandatory consumer protections where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose law grants you mandatory protections or a local forum, you keep them.

When these terms change, we update them here and revise the date at the top. For material changes we will give you notice inside the service or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Operators HQ after that notice means you accept the updated terms.
